The purpose of the Nebraska Central Soccer Club is to promote the sport of soccer in small communities across the state of Nebraska.

We live in Axtell, Nebraska, a town just south of Kearney. We have high school aged players who would like to play soccer, but our school board has declined to allow another spring sport at our class C2 high school.

We would like to form high school aged soccer teams to play in the spring as an alternative to or in addition to track and golf. The teams would play 7v7 and could consist of boys, girls, or both (if needed). Each team would be registered and insured with the Nebraska State Soccer Association and would not be organized through the high schools.

This club has not been formed for profit. We have organized this club so that these students can play the sport they love.
